Returns all holding table field list.

The following routes are available for this service:
POST	/GetHoldingTableFieldList	Returns all holding table field list.

**GetHoldingTableFieldList** Parameters:

UserID	query	Guid	Yes	The UserID that authorizes the caller to complete the request. Contact your eQuip admin.
TemplateTableID	path	int	Yes	Template ID
